Court Cases

Henceforth court hearing must take place in forum known as Court, and it is required that all applications for trial are in inquiries, hearings and trials in #debate OR in the Trial of Hearings, and rulings in rulings. Failure to do the the required conditions may result in removal of office, and this may only be broken if given special permission by the emperor or crown prince. It is also required that the court must post their rules in Court Regulations.
