The Regents

I hereby in act a regency in this regency I appoint Senator Vulturrent  as the current acting regent, and temporarily bestow upon him my duties, if any harm is done to the region punishment will be served upon the emperor's return. This may not be overwritten and any changes may be reverted by the emperor upon his return. I also grant the judiciary branch( the judge and two associates)  the ability to veto any action taken by the emperor that is seen as a threat to the region or deemed harmful and or unnecessary.


Restrictions
~ He may not review court cases nor veto them.
~ He may not veto or change any decisions made by Aestra (the emperor)
~ He may not change the current Constitution
~ Provided the ladder any decrees must be within the constitutional law so long as it does not conflict with the previous
